If you forget to go out and do some activity, install a smartphone health app. The app will remind you to go out and be active with a daily step limit.
3. Choose water as a drink.
This is the most important tip. And it’s very easy to do! Water gives you energy, It makes you feel awake and makes you feel good.
4. Eat more fruit and vegetables.
A diet high in vegetables is associated with a reduced risk of developing cancers of the lung, colon, breast, cervix, esophagus, stomach, bladder, pancreas, and ovaries.

5. Give yourself a free time to enjoy.
Go and walk in nature.
Enjoy with your friends.
Give yourself a break, don’t overthink, that’s the worst thing you can do for yourself.
6. Get a good night’s sleep.
If you have trouble sleeping, try relaxation techniques such as meditation.
Or eat a small bedtime snack of foods shown to help shift the body and mind into sleep mode: whole grain cereal with milk, oatmeal, cherries, or chamomile tea.
Darken your room more and turn your clock and smartphone away from you.
